Effectively engaging, recruiting, and retaining the best, most qualified employees ensures Edgewood is able to continue providing industry-leading healthcare to our nearly 4,000 senior residents - talk about making a difference!
By becoming a key member of our team, you'll be involved in challenging the status quo in the senior living and healthcare industry through helping to create and maintain a culture that potential applicants are drawn to and that employees are engaged in.

- Managing a company-wide applicant tracking system (ATS) and supporting multiple properties with ATS training, best practices, and technical support.
- Continually evaluating current recruitment processes and working with individual properties to enhance their recruitment and hiring outcomes.
- Supporting social media management, specifically related to recruitment efforts via Facebook, Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and other platforms.
- Supporting the development of company-wide recruitment marketing, advertising, and media plans, and monitoring organizational budgets.
- Organizing and completing administrative and clerical duties as needed to support the operations of the department.
- A marketing background is preferred but not required.
- Perform other related duties as required.
