This is a job level 5 ($19.92-$20.29), 8 hours per day (8:00 am – 4:30 pm) twelve-month position. The purpose of this position is to assist the Director of Curriculum & Instruction in the collection, preparation, and maintenance of various quantitative and qualitative data to complete federal, state, and/or district reports.

Applicants must be proficient in technology skills and have the ability to: sufficiently utilize business software applications (such as MS Office Excel, Publisher) to create, manipulate, and prepare correspondence, databases and spreadsheets; utilize effective customer service skills to respectfully and professionally communicate information; work proficiently and efficiently in a timely manner. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, accurate typing skills, experience working with computers/computerized data, and experience in office procedures.

Salary and all other working conditions will be in accordance with the employment agreement in effect between ISD #31 and the BMSEA, SBR 200-20-1 dated January 27, 2020.
