SPECIAL EDUCATION / REGISTRATION AND ASSISTANT MARSS REPORTING SECRETARY

This is a nine-month plus, job level 3 ($18.37-$18.76), 8 hours/day (7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) position shared by the Lakeside Learning Center and the Business Office and located at the Downtown Education Center. The duties and responsibilities of the position include ensuring effective office operation and communication between parents, staff, administration, and outside agencies; assisting with the integrity and accuracy of student data entered into the student management system as it relates to State of Minnesota MARSS reporting, including both public and confidential data; registration of all students entering the school district; assisting in data entry and the creation of a variety of reports relating to student data.

Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, accurate typing skills, experience working with computers/computerized data and experience in office procedures.
Salary and all other working conditions will be in accordance with the employment agreement in effect between ISD #31 and the BMSEA, SBR 200-20-1 dated January 27, 2020
