As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will provide assistance to residents in all aspects of daily living and strive to provide a home-like environment for the residents at Pine Haven Care Center.

Pine Haven Care Center proudly serves the Pine Island and the surrounding communities. Our 68 bed facility provides both short-term rehabilitation and long term care for individuals requiring skilled nursing care.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will provide assistance to residents in all aspects of daily living and strive to provide a home-like environment for the residents at Pine Haven Care Center.
We are currently accepting applications for all shifts
Full and part time schedules available
competitive pay rates + shift differential + weekend differential + attendance incentive bonus paid each pay period
Days 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
Evenings 2:15 pm – 10:45 pm
Overnights 10:30 pm – 7:00 am
