3+ years Chef or Kitchen Manager experience required.

The Executive Chef will operate the Heart of House operations efficiently and effectively according to Standards of Excellence and in line with the policies and procedures of the company.
The primary goal of the Executive Chef is to ensure guest satisfaction by having a sharp, well-groomed staff prepare great food within the company standards, in a great working environment. The Executive Chef is accountable for the operational performance of the restaurant and to ensure that all of BOH standards are met. The Executive Chef is a support manager for the General Manager.
