Electrical Panel Wirer

**Kelly** in partnership with our customer in New Berlin is seeking qualified candidates for an **Electrical Panel Wirer** . This is a temporary to hire opportunity!

**Job Details:**

Shift: 1 st shift hours 6:00am-2:30pm

Pay Rate: $20-23/hr. based on skills and experience

**Job Summary:**

The **Electrical Panel Wirer** is responsible for panel wiring and field routing of wire harness to motor, heater, sensors, etc. as well as proper grounding practices / device grounding practices.

**Job Duties:**

+ Able to review and follow Prints/ Schematics/ Bill of Materials/ Sales Orders / Written and Verbal work instructions to understand the requirements for the panel build and executes the build plan efficiently per those prints / schematics

+ Safely, timely, and accurately wire a variety of products that range from standardized design and function to non-standard products

+ Inspects, tests, and troubleshoots completed panels to ensure units are to print and function properly

+ Contribute to a positive work environment

+ Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and cutting equipment.

+ Keep equipment and surroundings neat and clean

+ Familiar with common electrical terminologies, components, and standards (UL, CE)

**Qualifications:**

+ High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required

+ 2 or more years of experience in electrical panel wiring

+ Ability to troubleshoot panels desired (Point to Point Continuity)

+ Ability to determine appropriate wire capacity sizing

+ Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
