**Kelly Services** in Partnership with our customer in LaCrosse/Onalaska area is seeking two (2) qualified candidates for **Direct Hire Benefits Specialist/Patient Advocate** roles. In this **direct hire** role, you will be hired as an employee of our customer organization on day #1 and eligible for company benefits.


**Job Details:**


Direct Hire


Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm


Pay: $38,000-45,000 based on skills and experience


**Job Duties:**


+ Communicate directly with employees to help them understand their benefit plans


+ Answer questions about their health benefits


+ Provide virtual and in-person information sessions to small or large groups of employees


+ Identify correct resources to resolve any issues


+ Act as the employees' advocate to resolve issues on their behalf


+ Identify and communication healthcare options within their benefit plans


+ Facilitate scheduling appointments, transferring medical records, and working closing with other third-party service providers to ensure the employee has received the requested information


+ Follow up with the employee to ensure issue resolution and client satisfaction


+ Assisting the employee with the web-based platform


+ In addition will assist in explaining other healthcare related benefits such as information of HRAs, HSAs, employee assistance programs, wellness programs, on-site /near-site clinic information etc.


+ Recording of all interactions into CRM tool


**Job Requirements:**


+ HS Diploma or GED Equivalent required - Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field is preferred


+ Bi-lingual: Spanish is a plus


+ 2-3 years of experience with healthcare benefits and insurance


+ Medical terminology and/or coding experience is a plus


+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills


+ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines while providing exemplary customer service


+ Proficient computer skills with MS Office and ability to work in a CRM system
