Manager in Training

At Synergy Elite, Inc., you'll be trained to grow within our startup here in Minneapolis. We'll start by hiring you to represent our client's brand in a positive light and by doing so help to increase brand awareness and sales in a professional environment with customers before you move into a management position. We believe it's important for managers to have the ability to perform in a position before they can manage anyone.

Responsibilities Include:

• Helping place the right products with customers needs
• Learning about pricing for products and services
• Processing sales orders with customers
• Interacting with customers in person
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Acquire new customers through sales presentations

Qualifications for Manager in Training:

• Any experience interacting with people in a previous job or school-related setting
• Strong communication experience
• History of success in competitive environments
• Willing to learn new things, and leave comfort zones
• Must have reliable transportation
• Thursday-Monday full-time availability
