Full-time Supervisor of NICU Respiratory needed at a top facility in North Dakota!

The NICU Respiratory Care Supervisor functions as a resource to the NICU Respiratory Therapists. The Supervisor assists the Manager in keeping within fiscal constraints and makes recommendations on hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations. The Supervisor completes performance appraisals of staff, promotes continuous staff participation, oversees workload of staff, and identifies staffing requirements. Provides direct patient care and promotes staff to follow behavioral standards. Assists in providing professional growth and educational opportunities to staff. Also assists in facilitating and coordinating the clinical experience for students.

Qualifications include:
* North Dakota RT - Required
* BLS - Required within 2 Months
* PALS - Required within 5 Months
* NRP - Required within 5 Months
* Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
* 1 Year of Experience in a Level III NICU- Required
