Job Details

• Do final inspection and walk through with client
• Document and track the progress of each project, inspect ongoing work, attain all necessary permits, and perform as a hands-on manager.
• Hold pre-construction meeting at the start of each project with Salesperson and Foreman; Participate in daily scheduling meetings.
• Evaluate start and completion dates and specifications for building plans.
• Arrange for the necessary equipment and supplies needed to complete the job while keeping construction project costs at or under budget.
• Evaluate job sites prior to the delivery of materials; verify the correct materials have been dropped before construction starts.
• Coordinate execution of construction change orders and punch list items.
