Hotel Front Desk Representative

Join our team of Guest Service Representatives at The Ingleside Hotel and Springs Water Park in Pewaukee!

Present a professional image and provide exceptional customer service to guests at our large, busy property. Interact in a positive, courteous manner with guests both in person and on the phone. Position can be FT or PT, Monday-Sunday, plus holidays. Shift times are primarily 7am-5pm or 3pm-11pm. Must have flexible scheduling availability. Prior hospitality experience preferred.Wage starts at $12.75/hr. FT benefit package: health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401k.

Successful candidates must have:

• Ability to interact with all guests, both in person and on the phone, in a welcoming manner


• Professional presentation and interpersonal communication skills


• Ability to manage multiple tasks in an urgent manner


• Ability to handle various forms of money with applied accounting methodology


• Ability to learn various computer software
