1st Shift Mill Specialist - Barron, WI

Description for Internal Candidates Job Responsibilities 1. In charge of all bulk receiving, housekeeping, and quality control operations for shift 2. Monitor quality of ingredients received 3. Responsible for accurate sample testing and record keeping of ingredients 4. Unload ingredients into proper bins 5. Work in a safe and efficient manner 6. Assist in all housekeeping functions at the mill 7. Perform minor repairs on mill equipment 8. Allocate manpower and make daily operating decisions when manager is not present 9. Perform all Operator B & C duties and responsibilities when required 10. ***3-2-2-3 Schedule - 12 hour shift schedule will discuss in interview*** Minimum Qualifications * Good Math skills * 10 key calculator * PHYSICAL: No current restrictions prohibiting working in a dusty environment & in all weather conditions * No current restrictions prohibiting lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively * No current restrictions prohibiting the use of personal safety equipment Preferred Qualifications * Two or three years of feed mill experience * Experience with all batching, pelleting, receiving, and loading functions of a feed mill * Two years in a shift lead person position or equivalent experience * One year mechanical experience or training Questions on our on-line application process?
