**1st and 2nd Shift Welders**

**Now hiring 1st and 2nd shift** **Mig & Flux-Core Welders** **to work with a local steel fabrication company with a starting pay at a minimum of $18.00/hour (paid weekly) and offering benefits such as 401k, health, dental, and vision. Training is offered for entry level applicants!**

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Welding plates to beams or columns

+ Mig & Flux-Core on rails and stairs

**Qualifications:**

+ Must have 1+ year of welding experience OR relevant schooling

+ Able to read blueprints, weld symbols, and a tape measure

+ Willing to work 49 hours per week

**Work Environment / Shift:**

+ 1st shift position from 5:30am-4:00pm Monday-Thursday and 5:30am-3:00pm on Friday

+ 2nd shift position from 3:00pm-1:00am Monday-Thursday and 3:00pm-Midnight on Friday

+ In a big structural steel welding environment that you can expect to be on the dirty side

+ Will be welding structures that will go all around the United States for hospitals, distribution centers, high rises, stadiums, etc....
