Power BI Developer
We are looking for a Power BI Developer to create and manage Power BI visualizations and analytics reports that turn data into knowledge. This role will work heavily in Power BI to develop reports and dashboards. In addition, the role will provide analytical support to the entire organization. This position will serve as a key member of the Data Analytics team providing customer profitability, operational analytics, and analysis to help inform day to day decision making. What You Will Do:

As part of Tenere' s Data Analytics team, you will collaborate with the finance, sales and operations departments to develop business intelligence reporting for all of Tenere. In addition, the role will help, provide analytical support to the entire organization. This is a role for a high-energy individual who can function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple locations.

  • Use Power BI to develop reports and dashboards for all operational and financial metrics.
  • Effectively write DAX formulas to create measures and extract meaningful data
  • Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to determine project requirements.
  • Assist in the development of BI solutions
  • Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design, and user manuals
  • Identify and support continual process and procedure improvements.
  • Partner with Plant Controllers to assist with customer profitability process to drive increased profitability for the organization.
  • Identify and partner on cost optimization strategies.
  • Build ad hoc analysis and communication for strategic Operations or Finance initiatives.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

What You Need:

  • BS/BA in a data focused discipline, MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • 3-5 Years' experience in Power BI
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing operations.
  • 3-5 years' experience in querying SQL databases for building reporting
  • Expert analytical skills, with ability to build and convey business insight.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and in teams to identify and tackle problems enthusiastically and clearly identify key issues of importance for team resolution.
  • You must possess strong interpersonal and communication, written and verbal, skills, including bridging communication between operations and finance community.

SALARY RANGE: $70,000 TO $100,000

INCENTIVE PLAN: A percentage of salary based on company, division and individual performance.
