YOUR ROLE

  • Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
  • Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
  • Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
  • Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
  • Make raw material set-ups as scheduled according to work instructions and procedures.
  • Attach set-up sheets to set-up.
  • Put set-ups in specified location.
  • Unload and put away raw materials and finished goods.
  • Safely operate forklift and other material handling equipment according to site procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including raw material warehouse, and comply with all 5S requirements.
  • Assist with other functions of the site as needed.
  • Other tasks as assigned


YOUR SKILLS

  • Education - High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience - Manufacturing, Material Handling, or Manual Labor experience preferred.
  • Special skills - Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Comprehension of basic mathematical and science concepts.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
  • Certifications and licenses - Forklift.
  • CDL license w/hazmat endorsement NOT required, but would be a plus.
