YOUR ROLE
- Executes engineering processes ensuring that quality products are delivered on-time at competitive cost
- Liaises with other stakeholders in order to provide professional support and advice
- Strives for improvements and efficiencies in Engineering area
- Monitors KPIs for engineering processes
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise see attached
YOUR SKILLS
- BS Engineering, BS Chemistry, or related field of study
- 2+ years in a manufacturing environment with quality experience. Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements with practical application.
- Experience with customer complaint resolution and PPAP documentation required and strong knowledge of Control Plans, PFMEA and Flow Chart development.
