Robert Half is looking for a Part Time Executive Assistant to help a non profit client in the Brookfield surrounding area. Essential duties include but are not limited to: Assisting with fundraising and donor management, taking minutes in meetings via CRM, Reporting in Excel - including the utilization of Pivot Tables & V Look ups, outbound calls to VIP Donors, written communication, scheduling/calendar management and any other tasks as assigned.
