Job Description:
Position involves website design, understanding of creating and maintaining websites, designing engaging and responsive landing pages, proficiency with prioritizing needs, reviewing and analyzing site for areas that can be improved and optimized. Use graphic design skills in web design, social media and marketing materials. Proficiency with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, YouTube and ideally, the platforms to manage them such as Hootsuite. Position also includes knowledge of social marketing and behavior change principles, particularly when social media is part of a larger strategy.

Creative approach to the marketing strategies of the company
A thorough knowledge of the social media circle, its techniques and tools and how it functions
Good eye for detail, analysis, interpretation and prediction of market trends
Good networking abilities
Computer Skills:
MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Publisher, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Internet Software, Adobe Creative Suite and Dreamweaver
Education:
Associate Degree in Marketing or Communications
Job Requirements:
The duties and responsibilities of this job consist of the following features.
Website
Maintaining and updating the Washworld website
Creating the design and layout of Washworld Distributor's websites
Designing engaging and responsive landing pages, creating webpages that are user friendly, effective and appealing
Keeping up to date with recent technological and software developments
Developing skills and expertise in appropriate software/programming languages such as HTML and Javascript
Knowledge of Duda Web Design Platform preferred
Working knowledge of SEO practices and experience with website optimization tools
Gather and review analytical data, SEO strategy, developing and maintaining Google Ads campaigns, preparing detailed strategy reports
Ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems
Identifying powerful, relevant keywords to drive the most valuable traffic, filling website with effective keywords
Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques, keeping updated on SEO strategies, researching and implementing content recommendations for SEO success
Develop and support online administrative tools, including and not limited to equipment order forms, special request documentation, change order forms, etc.
Develop and support online parts ordering system
Social Media
Evaluating the customer base and creating a social media marketing strategy in order to gain publicity for the company
Promoting the brand value of the product in the social media circles by incorporating suitable marketing strategies
Continuously evaluating the changing market trends and applying new strategies according to the changes
Hold strategic discussion with the management of the company to bring them up to date with the social media marketing of the company
Thinking of new and innovative marketing ideas that will interest people, who are in the social circles
Shares a role in conjunction with the Marketing Manager and Sales Department in planning and preparing for the various marketing and advertising venues but not limited to:
International, National and Regional trade show planning and preparation
New Product Development and Existing Product Improvement
Website Design and Maintenance
Preparation and planning for Annual Sales, Distributor and Customer based meetings or functions
Strategic short term and long term planning for Brand Identification and Product Imaging
Steward the Washworld Brand globally to include customer satisfaction with the Washworld buying experience, supporting customer satisfaction efforts of other Washworld elements throughout the process of fulfilling the Washworld pledge to provide the most user friendly, technologically reliable touch-free in-bay automatic carwash system available.
