WDAY-TV has an immediate opening for a full-time TV Broadcast Director

WDAY-TV has an immediate opening for a full-time TV Broadcast Director. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone eager to work for this regions dominant news leader. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Directing Newscasts
  • Operating graphics for live newscasts
  • Ability to operate other studio control equipment
  • Remote live production work
  • Ingest commercials
  • Other assigned work as needed


QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
  • Background in directing and graphic editing preferred
  • Must be reliable, able to work unsupervised, and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work Monday through Sunday, 2pm-11pm
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have access to consistent transportation to meet required shifts.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to operate audio board using two upper extremities at the same time.
