YOUR ROLE

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department's activities. Including but not limited to:
  • Overseeing marketing material and artworks developments.
  • Coordinating Product development coordination (sampling, mailing, tracking…).
  • Supporting international expansion (Trademarks, Regulatory…).
  • Learn the brand management role by leading a small category.
  • Gather and analyze financial and non-financial information (Launch trackers, Competitive and trend analysis..).
  • Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Manage Brand Marketing budget tracking.


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business-related fields
  • Knowledge of MS Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Ability to prioritize work, be detail oriented and meet deadlines
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to be self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
