YOUR SKILLS
The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $170,000.00 This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.

YOUR ROLE
- Management & ownership of financial reporting for the Laundry and Home Care business through the Laundry & Home Care PowerBI Dashboard
- Interface with all finance teams (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Structural Costs) to provide best in class service of business intelligence
- Interface with regions to drive transparency and share best practices of reporting and business intelligence
- Strong collaboration with the shared service center organizations to maximize automation and standardization
- Multi-functional business partners to provide best in class automated and standardized reporting and analytics
- Direct exposure to leadership teams
- Connect with external data sources (IRI, Inmar, SAP, COLOR/Sales BI) to ensure consistency across all reporting metrics and constant focus on simplification, standardization, and efficiency
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience in Controlling with BI focus
- Extensive know-how in data modeling, advanced analytics, and respective tools (in particular, PowerBI)
- Strong know-how in FMCG controlling
- Highly motivated, team-oriented person with distinct 'Can-Do' attitude
