YOUR ROLE

• Set own category strategy, aligning it with key stakeholders. -
• Develop the 5 years innovation masterplans for own categories and brands.
• Lead the multifunctional teams to ensure the development of the approved projects OTIF.
• Assess markets and identify growth & penetration opportunities.
• Contribute to the communication strategy and content development.
• Monitor own category financials and drive relevant projects to achieve the financials KPIs.
• Lead, develop and coach team

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business-related fields
• Proven success in managing brands for performance.
• Strong Innovation Project Management experience (NPD preferred) and ability to balance multiple objectives and prioritize accordingly
• Proven financial, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Passion and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a resolutive attitude.
