You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within United States as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with vendor inventory management team to drive best practices in inventory management and procurement, that supports the achievement of inventory program goals
  • Overall product inventory health of the OTC (Over the counter) program, product pricing, and escalation of risks in partnership with our product vendor
  • Develop actionable, proactive methodologies that drive forecasting capabilities. Perform market analysis to support assortment decisions and various ad-hoc reporting as needed
  • Design reports, scorecards, dashboards, presentations, and ad hoc analysis that deliver product inventory risk visibility, strategic pricing insights, margin projections, and other KPIs
  • Present relevant data trends and analysis findings in clear, succinct reports to key stakeholders and demonstrate the implications of those trends on the business
  • Manage the implementation of changes to product level forecasts including decisions on new product introductions and phase outs, availability timing, and pricing, as well as communication on sourcing progress and outcomes
  • Leverage problem solving skills to research issues, gather key data and identify trends from various sources of information, and develop solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Adapt to changing priorities and processes; and willingness to drive the change when necessary to achieve better outcomes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Inventory Management, Pricing Analysis or equivalent work experience
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles regarding inventory control and pricing
  • Ability to create and manage forecasting, pricing and analytical models using advanced MS Excel tools
  • Ability to manage, interpret, and maintain organization of large amount of data
  • Ability to upward manage and guide executive priorities

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $87,900 to $156,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
