This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree (or higer) OR equivalent work experience
• 2+ years relevant account management experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Benefits or Health Savings Account Administration
• Competent computer skills to perform essential functions, including Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (ability to create, edit, save and send documents, spreadsheets, presentations and correspondence))

Telecommuting Requirements:

• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong focus on client satisfaction and client retention
• Demonstrated ability managing multiple projects and ability to work cross-functionally to proactively resolve and communicate issues

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $$64,800 - $116,000. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $71,400 - $127,400. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
