Plant Reliability Engineer

Our client, a leading manufacturer of world-class products, is currently seeking a Plant Reliability Engineer for their Northern Wisconsin location. This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic team to continue to grow their legacy!

The Plant Reliability Engineer will provide reliability-engineered solutions to improve equipment effectiveness in the manufacturing facility. Additionally, the Plant Reliability with be tasked with:

Implementing TPM concepts to enhance equipment reliability

*
Oversee the preparation, planning, scheduling, coordination and execution of maintenance and equipment-reliability activities

*
Lead and support preventative and predictive maintenance

*
Provide engineering leadership respective to continuous-improvement projects

*
Provide safety leadership and change relative to equipment modifications and culture

*
Understand customer's needs and translate those needs into functional designs

*
Additional tasks will be assigned as necessary

Requirements:

*
Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

*
Previous AutoCAD experience; Machine Design Experience a plus

*
Ability to work 100% Independent and carry out all assign tasks

*
5 or more years of experience in a Manufacturing Facility

*
Strong understanding of preventative/predictive maintenance

*
TPM and Lean training preferred

*
Familiar with state-of-the-art maintenance techniques, practices, and procedures

*
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, Outlook), CMMS database, J.D. Edwards ERP business-mgt system
