We are looking to add top talent to join our strong team of recruiters where our focus is providing RPO workforce solutions to our client; a manufacturing installation services organization.

As a Manufacturing Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process for our client's offices Nationwide. This will involve sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates while managing hiring manager and candidate relationships. This manufacturing recruiter will recruit positions such as: forklift operators, installation managers, service technicians, production/assembly team members, etc. This virtual open ended contract will support our manufacturing/installation services client. This is a long term open ended contract opportunity that will work virtually from your home office.

What you need:
* 1+ years of recruiting experience
* Ability to work in a high volume environment

* Manufacturing recruiting experience preferred
* Polished communication skills and able to work is a fast paced environment
* Savvy with technology and able to learn new systems quickly
* Strong time management, attention to detail, and goal orientated

Salary: $52,500 - $87,500
