Summary of Major Responsibilities:
The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Partner serves as the primary business hours point-of-contact for the 24/7/365 Exact Sciences GSOC, which is responsible for monitoring the safety and security of Exact Sciences' employees, guests, and facilities.

The Global Security Operations Center Partner is integral to ensuring Exact Sciences' team members are properly served by the corporate security department in a timely and efficient manner, assigning security or other resources, as appropriate, and properly documenting activity and calls for service. Additionally, the position requires excellent attention to detail, as the partner will proactively monitor and analyze data from intelligence platforms on any adverse situations that can impact business operations and/or the safety and security of Exact Sciences' facilities, employees, or assets. The partner will also monitor the department's enterprise access control/Video Surveillance system for irregularities and assign resources, as appropriate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary business hours point-of-contact for the 24/7/365 Exact Sciences Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), which is responsible for monitoring the safety and security of Exact Sciences' employees, guests, and facilities.

Facilitate non-emergency and emergency communications utilizing a computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system, digital radio system, and other modes of communication.

Accurately document and report all Corporate Security inputs, activities, and actions utilizing a records management system (RMS) and computer-aided dispatch (CAD) system.

Dispatch calls for service of reported incidents to security partners, emergency services (911), and other internal departments following proper policies and procedures.

Continually monitor data recorded and live Video Surveillance feeds and dispatch security partners to investigates suspicious activity, and violations of company or departmental policies.

Monitor and investigate alarm activity across global locations to dispatch appropriate security response teams and stakeholders.

Utilize a variety of global risk and intelligence platforms to monitor, identify, and mitigate business risk to the company, its employees and assets presented by man-made events, natural disasters, or geopolitical developments. Monitor the travel plans of employees to ensure their safety and security when traveling on behalf of the company.

Properly document all employee, guest, and security partner-initiated activity and calls for service.

Monitor activities of security partners to help ensure efficient departmental operations and officer safety.

Maintain a professional demeanor when coordinating with other Exact Sciences' departments, team members, guests, and outside agencies.

Disseminate timely emergency and non-emergency communications to applicable employees/work sites utilizing mass notification systems.

Disseminate communications to executive stakeholders regarding critical incidents and sends updates, as needed or required.

Serves as the primary resource during crisis events and incident escalation.

Accurately assess emerging and developing information to adequately determine what group or teams are required to manage business disruptions.

Assist with access control requests, terminations, and changes when received, and initiates remote access requests for employees when specific circumstances warrant.

Assist with audits and updates of all Corporate Security hardware and software, ensuring the integrity of systems while maintaining confidentiality of company data in compliance with applicable laws, policies, procedures, regulations, and industry standards.

Compile daily reports and incident reports.

Ability to multi-task duties.

Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor while working under stressful situations.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to work designated schedule.

Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.

Ability to travel 5% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend, domestic and international travel.

Ability to frequently and accurately communicate with employees, customers, and vendors in person, via the telephone or by email.

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for approximately 5% of a typical working day.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications

Associates degree in business administration or related field; or high school degree/general education diploma and 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of Associates degree.

2+ years of experience in a security or public safety dispatch environment, or professional call center environment.

Proficient computer skills to include Internet navigation, Email usage, and word processing.

Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.

Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in research and analysis and analyzing data.
