Typical Day in the Life

A typical day as a Client Relationship Manager is responsible for delivering the ultimate client experience for all clients and prospects engaging with Eide Bailly Financial Services and might include the following:
  • Working closely with the financial advisor and client service associate, ensuring delivery of the client experience as well as the workflows and standards of the firm.
  • Working in a collaborative and client centric culture and advises diverse clients on a wide range of services and products.
  • Building long-term client relationships and maintaining relationships through on-going client communication.
  • Ensuring that the client experience is delivered during every phase of engagement.
  • Organizing and monitoring workflow required to service financial plans and all client service needs.
  • Managing and maintaining segmentation of clientele.
  • Proactively collaborating with senior wealth advisor and team on client experience, service, and support.
  • Assisting with integration into team’s organizational process including calendar, communication plan, CRM system, etc.
  • Coordinating financial plan for clients, prepares for client meetings, and making outgoing client courtesy calls.
  • Supporting senior wealth advisor team and is the staff liaison for client service activities
  • Working with client service associate on client documentation, client meeting preparation, and processes.
  • Entering and maintaining client data on multiple technology platforms.
  • Developing and maintaining standardized proposals and presentations.
  • Meeting, greeting, and providing concierge service for visiting clients or prospects as needed.

 

Who You Are
  • You have an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience required.
  • You have 2-5 years of experience in financial services industry preferred, or equivalent experience in a role with similar client relationship management responsibilities.
  • You have a Security and/or insurance licenses preferred.
  • You have knowledge of financial planning principles and software applications.
  • You have strong organizational skills and a high level of commitment to detail.
  • You have a positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow.
  • You have the ability to develop strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • You have the ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • You have the ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.
  • You have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
  • You are proficient with computers, Microsoft Office and using various software packages.

Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
