We are looking for an account manager / customer service rep to join our team. This person will act as the point of contact for our customers. The questions can vary from questions on orders, shipping/logistics working with internal planners and supply chain, facilitate work orders, working through new part forms and change orders requested by customers. This person will also work directly with the sales team reporting back on any issues they find with customers for quick resolution.

MUST HAVES:

4 years+ Account Management / Customer service experience working with Vendors or Manufacturing - B2B

Salesforce/ERP experience is a plus

MUST be vaccinated for COVID

Pay:

$24-$28/HR

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
