Lakewood Health System has an opening for a full time Nurse Practitioner - Oncology/Hematology in our Staples location.
Qualified candidates will provide comprehensive care to oncology patients in an independent healthcare organization committed to providing quality, personalized patient care. Working in close collaboration with other healthcare team members, the Oncology NP will perform evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning and monitoring of patients with oncology and hematology diagnoses.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year of experience in hematology/oncology preferred
- Nurse Practitioner qualifications: Current licensure as an APRN in the state of MN required. Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner required
- Familiar with chemotherapy infusions, immune therapy/monoclonal infusions, blood and therapeutic medication infusions and tele-visits
