Construction Maintenance Tech

Must possess a valid Wisconsin driver's license and be eligible to operate all company vehicles and maintenance equipment. Knowledge of ladders, scaffolding, lift trucks, and other necessary equipment used to access job sites. Knowledge of tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, drills, grinders, welders, saws and electronic testing devices, and other miscellaneous equipment. Knowledge of snow removal equipment, blowers, tractors, lifts, dumping trucks and other utility equipment related to maintenance duties.

Construction maintenance tech responsibilities include the construction and remodeling of homes and apartments on Cedar Community's campuses, and maintain the facilities and equipment owned and operated by Cedar Community. Construction maintenance tech will also performs duties that are skilled and technical in nature, including preventive maintenance and troubleshooting and repair of plant equipment and building systems. Float between maintenance, grounds, construction, and telecommunications.

Full time, 6:30 a.m.- 3 p.m.

Share on call duty on a rotation basis and able to be reached in emergencies.

Construct experience preferred.
