Customer Sales Representative

Under the supervision of the Store Lead, this position performs a variety of customer service and sales functions. These duties include but are not limited to greeting customer and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure the customer is satisfied. Open availability, including nights and weekends is strongly preferred. Open to Part Time and Full Time Candidates.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Sell specific products and services to consumers.

Discuss warranties and replacement parts.

Check inventory to ensure product is in stock.

Bag and package purchases.

Collect methods of payment and dispense change.

Collect and research information needed to identify and resolve problematic situations.

Operate cash registers.

Count the day's money transactions at the end of the day.

Set up display cases and stock shelves

Ensure pricing is correct.

Distribute coupons and verify that coupons are not expired.

Other tasks and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Customer focused, excellent communication and listening skills, ability to learn and execute the concept.

Prolonged periods of standing and walking, must be able to lift up to 50 pounds continuously.

Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Physical Requirements:

Some bending/kneeling/stooping required.

Regular communication with team members, leadership and guests.

Some carrying, moving, and positioning of objects and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
