Construction Inspector / Engineering Aide I

Responsibilities
The Public Works Construction Inspector / Engineering Aide I position is responsible for inspecting public works construction/maintenance projects for compliance with specifications; and performing survey and plan drafting tasks. The work is performed under the supervision of the City Engineers. Please review the job description for an in depth look into job responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Two years public works construction or similar experience
• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License

Preferred Qualification

• Previous experience or training in construction inspection and surveying

Pay/Benefits
This is a full-time (37.5 hours) position. Starting pay is $41,350 annual salary depending on the qualifications of the successful candidate.
