Operational Trainer - Remote

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00am - 7:00pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess the training and organizational development needs within the customer service department
• Participate in the development of training programs and classroom materials
• Provide leadership within the classroom or virtual classroom environment
• Report training metrics and generate training related reports
• Develop and manage online training tools and training materials

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 2+ years of presentation and facilitation experience
• 2+ years of experience working with adult learning theory and principles
• Previous experience creating and implementing training processes and procedures
• Designing training material
• Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00am - 7:00pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
• ATD Membership (The Association of Talent Development)
• Knowledge FDA experience 510K

Telecommuting Requirements:

• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Soft Skills:

• Previous adult classroom training experience
• Previous experience with virtual presentations

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $17.12 to $30.34. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $18.80 to $33.41.
