Job Summary
The Architect’s primary focus is Digital Marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Experience (CX) platforms/processes. This role requires translating technical topics for non-technical audiences. Strategic-minded architectural skills are required to lead and influence roadmap creation, tradeoff and risk discussions, as well as gaining a shared understanding and buy-in to drive towards implementation, while resolving roadblocks The Architect must operate in a fast-paced environment to drive multiple digital transformation initiatives in parallel with little, to no supervision. Healthcare, Omni Channel, collaboration tools, As Is/To Be process reviews, strategic business capabilities, and technology platform roadmap creation experience preferred.
This role is focused mostly on collaborating with the business acting as a liaison with the technical solution Architects and Engineers to outline the business outcomes and high level capabilities needed. This role will work with others to formulate solution recommendations.

Experience Requirements
Required: Minimum of 3 Years
Preferred: Minimum of 5 Years
Experience Details: Minimum of 3 years of IT-related architectural experience is required.
Equivalent combination of education, experience or training determined to be acceptable by Human Resources may be substituted, unless regulated by contract or program standards

- Provides support in analyzing problems, processes and procedures to develop logical solutions that solve technical issues.
- Contributes to architectural designs, diagrams and specification documentation for assigned projects.
- Implements elements of the IT architecture roadmap by creating short-term tactical solutions to achieve long-term objectives.
- Ensures development of complete solutions utilizing established standards, procedures and methodologies.
- Articulates technical recommendations to key stakeholders through written and verbal communication.
- Assists in technical consultation to clients and management on projects aligned to the roadmap.
- Maintains industry knowledge of emerging technologies and trends.
- Supports projects of moderate scope in the build/development, testing and implementation phases until the project delivers a solution.
