We are excited to announce a new role with Millerbernd Manufacturing based in Winsted, MN!

We are hiring a Marketing Communications Specialist who will be responsible for marketing generalist responsibilities including brand, content marketing, digital marketing, email marketing, and marketing communications. This role will act as the creator, the project manager and administrator to execute a wide variety marketing strategies to drive business growth and positive image within and outside of the organization.

What you will be doing....

Content Marketing
  • As a copywriter, you'll assist in editing and generating blog posts, case studies, white papers, case studies, infographics, and other written content with an engaging and informative point of view
  • Write compelling, clear, and high-performing content across internal and external channels
  • Manages the Company brand
  • Provides support for internal communications including all employee meetings & other events
  • Coordinates the creation and approval process for collateral
Digital Marketing
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
  • Develop and implement the company's web-based marketing strategy to promote the brand, attract visitors and potential leads, and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for the site.
  • Preference for individual's who can create video and advertising content for internal and external consumption
Sales Enablement
  • Coordinates and manages marketing materials for events and trade shows
  • Prepares published, printed or electronic deliverables required to support the goals of the business units
  • Direct promotional item budgets, selections, and distribution patterns for customers
What makes you ready for this position...
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or another related field
  • Two (2) or more years of experience with business to business sales or marketing, and/or business content development. Other combinations of formal training and experience may be considered.
  • Experience with social media posting for professional orgs (not personal!)
  • Preference for candidates with experience in business & industry related markets
  • Expert level of presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Expertise in MS Office applications, particularly using PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Professional, detail oriented in their work, especially customer-facing
  • Produces high-quality results with minimal amount of management or direction
  • Must be able to handle multiple internal and external demands simultaneously
  • Collaborative approach with others as part of a high-performance team
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify original branding opportunities
