Hunter Hamilton is partnering with a client in Plymouth, MN to fill their Accounts Receivable need! This is a Direct Hire opportunity and could start immediately! As one of the most important roles on the accounting team, this individual will be required to adhere to timely processing of receivables. In this position the Accounts Receivable Specialist will maintain project and customer records, complete deposit balances or invoices, and act as the liaison between the accounting and project teams. Other duties include -
  • Generate customer invoices
  • Process Corporate credit card expenses
  • Process Employee Expense Reports
  • Encode customer deposits
  • Provide backup support to Accounts Payable
Hours: 9am - 5pm (some flexibility as needed)
Pay: $21-24/hour

Requirements:
  • 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience
  • Strong work ethic with desire to demonstrate process improvement
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Experience using QuickBooks is preferred
