R&D Facility in Plymouth, MN. This site was granted FDA Approval to begin making COVID testing equipment. They are looking for leaders and individuals that want to step up, help train and develop new processes.

**_Job Description_**

Candidate will be assembling/labeling a Cartridge that is used to test for COVID. The product is a plastic device about the size of a smart phone.

Will start in the pre prep line where they Will be using small tools and tweezers to put a filter and screen into device and will use a press machine to press everything into place. Will then take prepped cartridge and run it through a UV Screen to sanitize. Once this process is done, will put fluid materials into cartridge, place through a press.

Once they have mastered pre prep they will move into the more advanced side where Attention to detail is extremely important and they will need to use a microscope at build. This will be about 40% of their day and they can switch off w/ partners.

**_Work Environment_**

Clean room environment (Class 7), team environment, looking to expand into a larger building as they grow.

**_Product_**

This cartridge is used to test for COVID. Patient will take a swab from their nose, place into a vial that has liquid and place 5 drops into the screen section of cartridge. Then the cartridge will go through a machine to test for 20 mins. This is used in clinics, hospitals, cruise lines, sports, movie sets, navy/military.

**_Qualifications:_**

High attention to detail, able to use tweezers and other small hand tools, read/write English

4-6 months of assembly/manufacturing/medical assembly experience

**_1st Shift 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday_**

**_$18/hr._**

**_2nd Shift 2pm-10:30pm Midnight Mon-Fri_**

**_$19.26/hr._**

**_2 X 3rd Shift 10pm-6:30am Sunday-Thursday_**
