Flooring Installer

**Aerotek, voted Best of Staffing is hiring Flooring Installers in Owatonna, MN to work with a local manufacturing facility with a starting pay of $18.00-$20.00/hour, NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! These are direct hire position in which the company pays 100% of your benefits along with a $1000**

**Job Description:**

The Flooring Installer will measure, cut, and install various types of flooring and subflooring according to instructions.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Inspects, levels, and readies surface for flooring.

+ Follows instructions on installation of flooring.

+ Types of flooring, vinyl, LVT, Ceramic tile, and carpet.

+ Accurately cuts materials to specifications.

+ Maintains a clean work area.

+ Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.

+ Excellent attention to detail.

+ Ability to understand and correctly calculate math and measurements.

+ Dependable.

**Physical Requirements:**

+ Prolonged periods of standing, climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling.

+ Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds at a time.
