Facilities Technician

Overview:

Tools Inc is looking for a Facilities Technician primarily focused on the daily upkeep of a 150,000 square foot manufacturing facility. You will work with our Facilities Manager to support all aspects of building maintenance including janitorial activities for the manufacturing areas. The ideal candidate will be able to work alone or with others to maintain the facility and grounds to the standards of the company while observing all health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

* Pick-up and delivery of parts and equipment.
* Perform daily/weekly/monthly/annual industrial cleaning.
* Perform basic construction upkeep such as light painting.
* Training to take place for light equipment maintenance.
* Conform to all safety procedures including lockout/tagout, hazard communication and all OSHA and ANSI standards

Requirements

* Ability to lift 50-75 pounds as required.
* Valid drivers license.
* Forklift experience a plus.
* Willingness to learn new skills.
