Position Information

The Advanced Experiential Education Program serves 85-90 students/year. Every student rotates through 8 sites/preceptors in a year. The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the Office of Experiential Education. OEE is responsible for oversight, maintenance, and development of introductory and advanced experiential education, practice site assessment, preceptor development, and maintenance of E*Value. The office is under the Pharmacy Practice Department and consists of the Directors of Experiential Outreach and Assessment; Introductory and Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences, as well as specialist in E*Value.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Directors of Experiential Outreach and Assessment: Introductory and Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiential programs in communicating with students and pharmacists, inputting data into a web-based management database (E*Value), maintaining spreadsheets for scheduling and training requirements, creating reports for assessment and quality assurance.

Work Schedule:

Must be able to work standard office hours: 8:00AM to 5:00 PM, 98% of the time

Advertised Salary:

$35,000+/year

Minimum Qualifications:

• Three years of office support experience
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Applications (Word and Excel)
• Good interpersonal, oral & written communication skills
• Demonstration of team work skills
• Excellent organizational/prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates of Arts Degree, or greater
• Healthcare experience, especially in the field of Pharmacy
• Experience with Campus Connection
• Experience with PeopleSoft
• Experience with Blackboard
