**What a typical day as a Line Lead:**

??? Assist/support to supervise the performance of the employees in the department and quality.

??? Maintain strong communication with your supervisor for daily activities.

??? Follow the plan and prioritize production in a daily basis as directed by supervisor.

??? Ensure that everyone in the department follow the safety rules that apply.

??? Make sure that GMPs are follow by employees in the department.

??? Help to organize and balance workload to seasonality/erratic demand through creative staffing strategies approved by supervisor.

??? Assist to develop and train employees as directed by supervisor.

??? Ensure that every employee is following the correct SOPs.

??? Support supervisor to create and develop a culture that includes following these principles: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost.

??? Support the communication with the employees using regular and structured meetings schedule by the supervisor.

**This job might be an outstanding fit if you:**

??? Minimum 6 months in similar environment being a lead over other employees

??? Bilingual (Spanish/English)

??? Good communication skills, team leader

??? Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications

??? Experience in OTC/FDA/GMP controlled environment
