YOUR ROLE

  • Support the Business Development team in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners
  • Coordinate with partners and Sales team to create and execute business plans to meet goals
  • Develop and execute strong Trade Marketing strategy specific to each commercial channel/customer needs to achieve business objectives
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Education teams to develop and execute impactful trade programs that are consistent with the brand's overall strategies
  • Participate in a partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Provide tracking, analysis, and evaluation of trade programs against set KPI's. Leverage learnings to maximize future programs
  • Accurately prepare, maintain, and track the Channel Sales and Trade Marketing budget and ensure ROI for each program
  • Translate plans into commercial tool kits adapted to our account's strategies and objectives
  • Coordinate with the Education department to develop support materials aligned with brand objectives
  • Together with Sales and Marketing, define competitive assortment, merchandising, pricing, and shelving strategies that enable our brands to grow market share
  • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness
  • Monitor and analyze category/channel, competition, and consumer market data to provide base for the business opportunities
  • Bring customers' insights internally and make sure they are incorporated in strategies and plans
  • Fuel marketing to develop initiatives that fit markets' needs and provide them with launches performance analysis


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's level degree, preferably in Sales or Marketing
  • 5 + years of related Retail Marketing experience- salon professional beauty care preferred.
  • Previous experience of driving Channel Sales ideally within the same category and channel
  • Proven success developing and executing trade programs
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners
  • Ability to influence others and secure agreement to action against plans
  • Creative and outside of the box thinking skills
  • Act like an owner by executing against brand strategic plans on time and budget
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
