YOUR ROLE

  • Key responsibilities include the sourcing, creation, and distribution of AO Americas content in various communications channels including the to-be-developed AO Americas SharePoint Hub, Yammer, Microsoft Teams channels.
  • Facilitate AO Americas meetings (Townhalls, Leadership Team Meetings, Metrics Reviews, Coffee Talks, etc.) as the organizer with responsibility for setting the agenda, managing presenters, and coordinating events.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build internal employee engagement, and awareness in Adhesives community. Prepare detailed communications / media activity reports.
  • Create a pipeline of articles (newsletters) and content (videos) with relevant up-to-date topics including but not limited to interviews of LT members, rising talent profiles, updates to major projects.
  • Manage the engagement and gain alignment across all levels of the organization to ensure consistent message AO Americas strategy and key important topics according to a content roadmap.
  • Utilize surveys to capture the pulse and feedback of the organization as necessary.


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communication
  • Must be a confident communicator and presenter
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, including ability to present concepts verbally
  • Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Boosting internal communications through digital channels
  • Superior project management and time management skills
  • SharePoint creation and administration experience, a plus
