Kelly Services is looking for PRICING ANALYST in Arden Hills, MN.


PAY: $35-45/hr


HOURS: 8am-5pm M-F


***OPPORTUNITY FOR HIRE ON***


Position is responsible for implementing key Pricing and Formulation strategies.


+ Gross Margin Management through aggressive pricing margin management, working with marketing to improve product mix, coordination of raw material cost changes with Purchasing and Risk Management functions, management of discount structures and optimizing distribution costs.


+ Optimization of product selling prices through improved marketplace linkage with Region Sales Directors and Marketing Directors.


+ Leverage formulation capabilities.


+ Implement pricing strategies and execute in accordance to direction set by Sr. Manager.


QUALIFICATIONS:


+ Effective communication with internal and external customers


+ Intermediate knowledge of sales, marketing, manufacturing, formulation and purchasing.


+ Project Management skills


+ Requires strong financial analysis skills


+ Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously


+ Communication: Verbal, nonverbal, written


+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills


+ Strong organization and interpersonal skills


+ PC - Email, word processing and spreadsheet intermediate to advanced skills


+ Effective presentation skills


EDUCATION:


+ Position requires 8-10 years' experience in Feed or related business or pricing.


+ Background in Pricing, Formulation, Purchasing, Manufacturing and/or Sales.


+ B. S. Degree in Economics, Finance or Agriculture Business


+ Financial analysis skills
