Description:
The Risk Assessment Center (RAC) is the internal organization which manages COVID issues for the Company. This is a senior role on the team and will require someone who is an extremely articulate and influential communicator who can meet with internal senior stakeholders, present our processes, explain case nuances, and handle challenging issues presented to the team.
Should be good with Excel and creating PowerPoint presentations, and able to communicate effectively and holistically with the staff and the people they collaborate with.
The Stakeholder Escalations Manager will begin training as a case manager and sit in many seats over the course of a few months in order to be prepared for the role.
Suppliers MUST add the following sentence to ALL external job postings for the MSP.
An additional requirement for this role is the ability to comply with COVID-19 health and safety protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination proof and/or rigorous testing.
