Summary

The project manager will ensure the project is complaint while also keeping the project on schedule. The project manager will also build and mantian relationships critical to the success of the overall project and company.

Client Details

A General Contractor firm that works in the greater Milwaukee area.

Strong backlog of work coming into 2022 with a track record of successful projects with their clients.

They are at about $140 million in annual revenue currently and are aiming to get to $200M in the next 1-2 years.

They have a strong emphasis on the industrial space, namely data center work, as well as work in the healthcare sector.

They specialize in design-build work and assist their clients in all stages of the construction process.

They are currently participating in multiple large-scale joint ventures that will be here in the Midwest and east coast.

They are looking to add talent to their project management team to develop into a leadership position eventually.

Description

Manage all documentation to ensure project is compliant, remains on schedule and remains within budget while monitoring all costs.

Obtain, assemble, distribute and fill all as-built drawings, warranties, certificates of occupancy and lien releases.

Schedule projects in logical steps and budgeting time required to meet deadlines.

Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports and cost tracking reports.

Build and maintain relationships critical to the success of the overall project and company.

Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in Construction, experience managing multiple projects at a time

Tenant Improvement project experience

Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.

Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings

Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.

Job Offer
