YOUR ROLE

  • Executes the operational plan of an engineering task based on engineering designs and work specifications
  • Works closely with external contractors and ensures the quality of delivered services and products
  • Sets up or adjusts complex equipment according to manufacturing specifications
  • Identifies and implements opportunities of process optimization


YOUR SKILLS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associates degree in a related field highly desired as are Mechanical, Electrical, and Computer certification(s).
  • At least 5 years experience as a maintenance mechanic or similar role required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role required.
  • Knowledge of machine tools and their use, mechanical aptitude, and program logic controls.
  • Knowledge of basic electrical and electronic repairs; ability to read and understand manuals and schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; verbal communication skills a must.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills required (i.e. ability use email, word processing programs, spreadsheet programs, enter information into databases, etc).
  • Ability to perform work with a high level of accuracy; detail oriented; ability to handle multiple priorities.
