YOUR ROLE

• Executes, distributes, and compiles data, reports, & presentations
• Directly supports the planning team through various regular administrative tasks
• Assists with other tasks as needed to accommodate workload shifts and team absences
• Assists with special projects

YOUR SKILLS

• College degree strongly preferred
• Minimum two (2) years of professional experience strongly preferred
• Detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy
• Able to develop and maintain strong cooperative working relationships
• ERP/MRP experience preferred. SAP experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office are required. Experience with ERP/MRP, big data & business intelligence solutions are a plus
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
