What is the Job?


* The LMS Administrator will manage LMS by maintaining existing content, recommending areas of improvement, and reporting on and acting to improve key metrics.


* Remove duplicate curriculums, upload SCORM packages, update content within existing items.


* Create new items and curriculums.


* Create connector table for new and updated curriculums.


What do you bring to the Job?


* You have 3+ years of project management or LMS administration experience including initial set-up and configuration, daily maintenance, and reporting.


* Experience with analysis and problem definition in learning management systems and other business applications and processes.


* Experience in evaluating new technology and how it can improve business processes, including business and functional requirements analysis, including use case analysis, workflow and data flow modeling.


* Ability to define technical requirements (considering business needs, root causes, feasibility in existing. platform) and identify technical needs for new development; collaborate to develop business cases.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc).
